Regional Sales Manager
Regency Management Services is seeking a highly skilled, retail sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. This position is responsible for the success of an assigned region through proper planning, leadership, and leading by example

Regional Manager Responsibilities:
· Achieve business goals and revenue targets.
· Achieve all Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
· Oversee daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance goals/objective.
· Recruiting, training, and supporting general managers as well as conducting regular performance appraisals.
· Develop and implement business plans.
· Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
· Ensure products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
· Ensure company standards and procedures are followed.
· Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual statements regarding the state of the business for the assigned region.
· Problem solving of escalated customer and employee issues.
· Coach, teach, and mentor all team members within the assigned region.
· Attend all Regional and Company meetings.
· Regularly travel to all locations within the assigned region and occasionally to meeting locations outside of the assigned region.
Regional Manager Requirements:
· High school diploma/GED required.
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred.
· Minimum of 3 years of management and leadership experience
· Minimum of 3 years retail sales experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and WORD
· Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
· Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Must be available to work all shifts including holidays.
· Must have a valid driver’s license.
